American Idol...
I haven't seen the whole show, but just saw online where Tatiana and Nick Mitchell/Norman Gentle made it to the top 36. Are you kidding me? If they don't want the show to be a joke, then don't treat it like one!
I also read that the guy that forgot the words and walked off stage made it through. I thought that was the #1 no-no, Simon even said earlier in the show that if you forgot your words you were going home. Maybe he just meant that day in the group performances.
Re: American Idol...
ha, Brad and I were talking about this last night after we watched it. Our theory is that they want HIGH ratings so they did this to keep them up. I can't stand Tatiana - that is her annoyances...... her voice is good though. But I won't be able to listen to her when they have her on, she drives me nuts.
I thought that the guy who forgot his words would be done too. I thought Simon made that clear.

I understand TOTALLY and hear ya, it's gotten much worse over the years and usually I just like it when it gets down to the top 12 MUCH better. This and So you think you can dance are really the only reality I watch. And I think it's MUCH better than Real World, J&K+8, the Bachelor shows and some others (some reality is ALL drama), but that's just me.... to each his/her own!!! he he
I know, I think he should still be there...but I think it came down to his song choice for the solo song.
