HELP! Shower gift ideas
One of my best friends is having her forth baby. She is due in less then a month. Her SIL is throwing her a surprise baby shower this weekend. The problem is, she's not registered b/c she doesn't know about it. I also don't know what to get her b/c she has 3 other kids. She has 2 boys and one girl and is having another girl. I tried to ask her what she needs and she said she 'hasn't had time to go through things yet'. Any ideas? Also, they have very limited space because they live with her IL's. I don't want to do a gift card because she's one of my BF's and I feel like I should get her an actual gift.

How old are the other kids? If they are close in age she probably has most everything she'll need.
Clothes would be nice as second babies end up with lots of hand me downs. Diapers are always needed. I also like to give a gc to have new family portraits taken.
immediate need items: diapers (newborn and size 1), wipes, wipes, wipes, balmex or whatever diaper cream, lotion, shampoo, Q-tips
i used them to clean up messes and for burping - cloth diapers
