Friday the 13th

My H & I were talking about the new Friday the 13th movie with BIL tonight. DH & I are actually big horror movie fans & we were saying how we might go see it.

BIL started saying how it only got half a star & how could we pay to go see that, blah blah blah. Then we started talking about the worst movies that we payed to see.

Mine was Date Movie. I remember that H & I went to see it on a whim. We were walking by the theater & just wanted to see whatever was starting next. This seriously was the worst movie I have ever seen. Worse than the Spice Girls Movie, & yes I payed to see that too. Stick out tongue

So what's the worst movie you payed to see?

Re: Friday the 13th

  • My BFF & I live at the movies. We will se anything and everything including High School Musical, I mean come on how could not love Zaquisha.

Most recently the worst was Momma Mia, I know I know people loved it, it was great, but we just we horrified & hated it, we actually walked out, and we hardly ever do that. I am even willing to say maybe it was off night, we get those sometimes, your not in the mood and all and a super serious move becomes extreamly comical.

I haven't heard good things about Fri the 13th, but I'll be able to drag Tom to that, he would like that better then Shopaholic.

I did see My Bloody Valentine 3D though. It is classic cheesey horror , much like orig bloddy valentine, but with the 3D makes it cool in it's own way.

  • I didn't see Momma Mia. It's not really my cup of tea. I could tell just from the commericals.

I've never walked out of a movie before. I'll just sit through it because I payed for it no matter how bad it is. Stick out tongue

I didn't see My Bloody Valentine in 3D but I would have. It seems like it would have been fun. Cheesey horror can be awesome. H & I went through a Blockbuster phase where we would just rent from the horror movie section so we've seen a lot of them. Smile
