Pls. Recommend your realtor
First, Happy Valentine's Day!
We've never been a huge fan of our realtor and were stuck in a contract while we had an offer out on a house. Some really whacky things have happened in the last few days and we're in need of a new realtor ASAP.
We are first time home buyers looking in Nashua/Hudson area and are looking for a really great buyers agent who really knows the area and what they are doing. We need someone who will respond to our emails/calls, get disclosures and comps when needed and really pay attention to what we're looking for.
Any recommendations?
p.s. I've asked this once before and saved all of your recommendations, but we had to wipe my computer a few weeks back when I had a virus.

I used to work for The Masiello Group in Nashua and I believe there are still some great agents there. Bronwen Pritchard is one that my mom has used several times and she is awesome. I really can't sing her praises enough! She's wonderful to work with! We were house-hunting for about a year and the entire time, no matter how busy she was- she was always available to us. I can't even count how many places we looked at it- and in the end- she had us look at a house that we had thought was out of our possibilities... but she had done all the research, knew how long it was on the market, how the taxes should drop (and they did) and we looked at it, it had everything on our wish list plus... and they accepted our first offer (that was WAY below asking... even after they had dropped their price!) We have now stayed friends with Kim, she comes by to see what changes and updates we've made. I highly recommend her- she's also very nice and easy to work with- which is a huge plus!
+ Did I mention that we were so overly excited to write up all the paperwork early for our offer that she met us at her office on a Sunday night right after getting home from a skiing trip just to make us happy? LoL~

We are actually selling our detached condo in Nashua so the agent we are using I know well for the selling side of things. It is a husband/wife team and they have been really good so far. They just opened up their own business, but used to be with ReMax, so depending on how that makes you feel.....

I'm also late to this (because we just closed on our first home 2 weeks ago!) but I have to 2nd Candi's Lauren DuPaul recommendation. She was amazing... and has continued to be amazing as we are dealing with some issues that the sellers somehow forgot to disclose... as first time home buyers she held our hands through the process, did not pressure us, and really kept things organized when some of the other "professionals" working for us (*cough... loan officer... cough*) were a little absent minded and tended to lose paperwork!
