Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

30 day shredders ...
I have a question. I don't have the DVD, just doing it off of the TV. It says that Week 1 is expiring next week which is fine, I'll be ready (hopefully) for week 2 by then. My question though is this, from reading online the DVD is only 3 segments ... so are you supposed to do the first one for a week, the second for a week and the third for 2 weeks (to total the 4 weeks or 30 days)??? Just want to make sure I do it right. I am hoping that they load the 3rd segment into the "freezone" on my cable but so far it's not there and the second segment expires in a couple weeks.
