Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Personal Trainers...
Hi Ladies, I normally post over on the GR board, but my mom is over in the Lansing area and is looking for a personal trainer. Just wondering if you had any suggestions or advice for where she might look? Or one that you use? Thanks a bunch in advance!

I know Court One has them too. I think its like 50 or 60 a session if you are a member? 70 if your not? I haven't gone to her to her for training, but I went to her aerobic class once and she gives you a good workout!
