Who's working? Who's around?
I'm home today. I've been home all weekend though. Poor K has be absolutely sick and hasn't moved from the couch (other than for our massages) all weekend. So I've been cleaning, cooking, and typing up her notes for her comps this week.
Her comps start tomorrow so I'm trying to finish up the typing now, while I (re)watch Ru Paul Drag Race :-)

there was a bit of drama to my morning because a man attempted suicide on a highway very close to where i work....cops shut down both directions of 84 (its one of the 3 main highways in CT) while they bought in a hostage negotiator and proceeded to have a stand off with this guy (who had a gun to his head) for the entire morning. many of the buildings downtown where on "lock down" out of an abundance of caution, and i had a front-row seat to all the craziness out of my office window. the situation seems to be resolved now and i believe no one was injured...
on a completely unrelated note, the minute i heard about Drag Race and every time i see advertising for it, i think of you, lol! i knew you'd love it
