Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
I have to say that I really disliked having to go very far to run. It seemed like a big production to go down to HB or NB and we have such great trails in south county.
I picked out a training plan that basically has me running 2x during the week, XT once, and yoga once or twice a week. And long runs on Saturday. We could run down here if you'd like?
I was also going to see if some of the other girls wanted to maybe do irvine once or twice month (Peters Canyon) b/c that's a better meeting place for Cat and she is considering joining the Sat runs.
