DH has burnt toast with tea when his stomach is upset. I couldn't do anything about my ms other than take a nap so I wouldn't think about it. I only tried them once, but a friend gave me some "Preggie Pops." It helped a little, so they may be worth a try. BRU has them.

  • I never found anything that worked for me.  I only had MS right when I woke up...actually it was what woke me up.  I think it lasted a few weeks.  After that, during the 2nd trimester the smell of fast food got me seriously sick to my stomach.

  • Thanks, ladies.  I am willing to try anything. It has been rough since I get "morning" sickness at any given time of the day: morning, noon, night.  Last night at about 11:00, my dinner ahhh... came out.  I was upset since we had steak.  LOL!
  • for me animal crackers helped a little bit and sometimes dry cereal.
  • The only thing that helped me was to eat sour pickles...weird, I know but it worked!  I had mine CONSTANTLY, even when I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night...the thing was, I never threw up, it was just constant nausea.  Then at about week 12, it stopped, literally overnight and I was able to eat again!

  • Thanks everyone! You should see my grocery list for tomorrow: cereal, more bread for toast, animal crackers, gummi bears, and pickles.  Hope I did not forget anything.
