Hey girly, I saw on your blog about the book. What kind of cleaning stuff does it have? Like natural solutions or go and buy a certain brand.

Re: **Ceventa**

  • Hi girly! Sorry I got to your post so late today, work has been nutsy.

Well, so far from what I've read, she shows you how to make a lot of cleaning solutions that are not abrasive or harmful, basically made of stuff around the house. Like a great all purpose cleaner is simple 2 tbsp. of mild dishwashing soap and 2 cups of water in a spray bottle. Or white distilled vinegar and peroxide for sanitizing. Or to make a scrub for like countertops and bath tubs, she lists how to make a paste with baking soda and water.

You know, simple things like that, which I'm contemplating using aroundt the house because after cleaning my house always smells like a mix of cleaning supplies! LOL She says that true "clean" is no smell at all. It's a huge book, but I'm getting through it little by little. The first chapter is all about how to decode the labels on all those cleaning supplies. Very interesting.
