The L Word S6 Episode 5 (Spoilers)

A few days late but we haven't discussed yet.

Sundays episode was a big yawn for me. Episodes like that make me a little less sad that the show is ending. Only 3 episodes left.

No mention of Max this episode made me a me a little bothered, while probably one of my least favorite characters if anyone else got dumped while pregnant they wouldnt go a whole week without addressing it.

Very proud of Tina for standing up for herself and not letting Bette go to her rescue. While she may have taken it a little too far i'm glad she gave those  "so glad to be done with d*kes" a-holes a piece of her mind.

Nikki Stevens to seduce Dylan? Yuck, i wouldnt touch her with a ten foot pole.

Thoughts anyone?

Re: The L Word S6 Episode 5 (Spoilers)

  • 1) the show is making lesbians look stupid. really stupid.

    2) i didnt care for the bette/tina/move execs scene....i much prefer a cool, calm, and collected revenge over a screaming hissy fit. ugh, talk about dramatic.

    3) WTF is up with Tasha/Alica/new friend?? I mean, if you're gonna include an interesting poly storyline, great! But this third wheel crush thing is just silly.

    4) jenny and shane is still barf. I'd pick womanizer shane over doormat shane any day.

    5) Surprisingly i actually like Helana and Dylan...i found those developments to be the most interesting in the entire episode.

    6) i agree that its rediculous they didnt include max in this espisode.  they coudl have skipped all discussion of Tasha and Alice in favor of an update on him.

    7) Jenny steals Alice's story line? saw that comin a mile away.

  • I agree with everything CT said LOL!
  • I keep waiting for this season to get better, and it's just not happening!!!!

I am so 100% over this Bette/Kelly-whoever baloney.  And why would Tina be at a business dinner with Bette?

Elise - I love the idea of a poly storyline with T/A/J.  I'm sure they'd never do anything that interesting, but it's a great idea!

Shane and Jenny will be lucky to last one more episode.

I officially don't care about any of the storylines.  How did this show get so terrible?
