I just want to say welcome and thank you for doing this check-in! I am hoping that we can support each other in what ever our goal is to be a healthier you!
QOTW: I know that we had mentioned some goals in the past but I would like everyone to name a short term goal and a long term goal and I will post it by their name.... that way we can keep each other on track and celebrate when we reach each goal.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.
Any goals for this upcoming week?
In the Middle Ages, they had guillotines, stretch racks, whips and cahins. Nowadays, we have a much more effective torture device called the bathroom scale. ~Stephen Phillips

QOTW: I know that we had mentioned some goals in the past but I would like everyone to name a short term goal and a long term goal and I will post it by their name.... that way we can keep each other on track and celebrate when we reach each goal. ST goal is to be in good enough shape to not make a fool of myself when I do the March of Dimes, March for Babies walk on April 26th. My LT goal is to loose 100 lbs... (gulp... it is hard just to write that down)
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am proud of myself for continuing to try... I had a bad week eating wise... I am totally a stress eater and the babies are now teething and I am more stressed than I have ever been in my life, so I am proud that I have not given up.
Any goals for this upcoming week? to eat better
my one thing: I stuck to my portions! I made lunch for my friend on Monday and only ate 1 portion, and I've been doing really well with not eating too much of bad things.
QOTW: well my long-term goal is to lose 28 lbs, so I guess my short-term goal is to fit my butt back into my pants. 8lbs away from that.

QOTW:
Short term goal: to go to the gym 4 days a week
Long term goal: to be in shape and able to fit into my goal pants and stay healthy
I am proud of myself because I was able to start at the gym and set a schedule for myself. I have a difficult schedule right now and so to know when I am going to go is very helpful.
This week my goal is to go my 4 days. I didn't get to go 4 days last week so I really want to make sure that I go 4.
QOTW: ST goal - Continue to go to the gym 3 days a week
LT goal - finish my goal to lose 40 pounds. I have about 13 ish more to go.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I did hit my ST goal this past week. I am also proud that I was tracking my eating more. OK, I could have tracked better on Saturday but, I think that I stayed within my points range for the week. The scales will tell on Thursday when I weigh in at WW.
Any goals for this upcoming week? Tracking and gym.QOTW: I know that we had mentioned some goals in the past but I would like everyone to name a short term goal and a long term goal and I will post it by their name.... that way we can keep each other on track and celebrate when we reach each goal.
ST:going to the the gym/exercise each week for 3x/3hrs
LT:Get down to my pre-wedding weight by Christmas
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.
Drank milk and Crystal Light instead of soda.
Ok, I'm a little late doing this but at least I'm here.
QOTW: My short term goal is to take off the weight I gained after my wedding. I did really well to loose some weight before the wedding and afterwards I put it back on (mostly I think because I didn't have a big goal to work for like a wedding). It may take a little to get it off but I'm going to do it. My long term goal would have to be to keep up with healthy eating and exercise. I'm good at doing it for a few monthes and getting board with it. I really want to keep up healthy eating and excerise, so my long term goal would be to make this into a lifestyle change.
What I'm proud of this past week: Drinking water, I used to be really good about it but this past week (and the last few actually) I was really good about sticking to it. I have a large plastic cup at work and I try to fill it up 5 times a day.
Goal for the upcoming week: I think I put this as my goal last week too, but to stick to my Weight Watchers points.
Just to share I went to a lunch event at work today and for dessert there was a piece of chocolate cake sitting at everyones place when we came in. It looked so yummie, but when I took a bite it wasn't as good as it looked. So I decided it wasn't worth the points/calories and left it sit. Before I probably would have eatten it, or most of it because it was there.
