Is it worth the $15.00 adult admission price? Or is it aimed more towards kids? I am trying to find some frugal activities for dh and me to do since football season is over
Re: Orlando Science Center?
Worth doing once and then never again. We went when they had The Human Bodies exhibit (which was great!) but the rest of the "science" center is pretty ho-hum.
We went a few years ago but haven't been back.
How about the Jim Henson exhibit at the Orlando History Center? http://www.thehistorycenter.org/
I don't know how old you are but the Muppet Show/The Fraggles/sesame Street was a huge part of my childhood
This link could also help with frugal activities in Orlando, it was written in dec 07 so some things may be outdated.

The Menello Museum is also worth a visit. It's kinda small, so don't plan to spend all day there, but it's a nice afternoon outing.
Here are a few more:
The Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College
The Morse Museum in Winter Park (Park Ave)
Winter Park Boat Tour
Stroll around Celebration or Baldwin Park.
Local Farmers Markets
Are you into arts and culture? Rollins often offers events open to the public for little to no cost. Tonight is the conclusion of the Winter with the Writers series. More info can be found here http://www.rollins.edu/arc/ I'm sure that UCF does the same
