Which is better? Need Help.....

Ok, so its time for my hubby and I to plan a vacay and I can't decide.

Its nothing big, but should we go to Puerta Vallarta or Los Cabos! Help!

Has anyone been to these places? Its a toss up for me since I have never been.

Any details would be helpful or tips/pointers!

We swam with dolphins in Puerto Vallarta at Sea Life Park it was a blast I recomend it! I loved the fact that it was an old town yet was tropical. We were there on a cruise and I would love to go back to do more exploring!

We went on a cruise for our honeymoon that stopped in both ports. We had a much better time in Cabo, but that may be because we ended up with food poisoning from PV. We swam with dolphins in Cabo, so you can really do that at either port. I think that PV has more "cultural" and adventure stuff (i.e., zip lining) to do than Cabo, but I have only been once for a few hours to both.

I went to PV a while back. It's kinda humid there depending when you go, but there is really a lot to do. We went on a tour that showed parts of PV used in movies, it was pretty neat. It's true that you can do Dolphin activities pretty much anywhere there is ocean in Mexico.

 I've never been to Cabo, but my parents have a lot of friends that travel and they ALWAYS tell us we should go there.  I guess the snorkeling/scuba there is really great.

I vote Cabo! ( Just b/c it sounds a little more tropical)

I like Puerto Vallarta better. To me the waters seemed nicer and it looked prettier to me. Dh liked it better too. Like PP said you can always go on a cruise and do both. I love cruises it's an awesome way to travel and very affordable.
