Property Management Companies

Does anyone have a recommendation for a property management company? We're looking for one to help us with a rental property. Thanks!

Hm...if anyone has any good recommendations I would like to know! All I can say is DO NOT use Fox Property Management Co. We have them managing our property in Portland since July and we have had nothing but problems with them. They are more of a headache then if we were just managing the property ourselves (even though we live out of state). We have also only had one month where we actually recieved the full amount of rent. Most months they say "the toliet was running" and charge us $300 or they can't explain why we didn't get the full amount and end up refunding us. We have to constantly stay on them.

Good luck!!! I can't wait until we can sell or just manage things ourselves!

We're renting through Rappold Property Management and working with Troy. He's been very helpful and responsive and we have no complaints (so far). He's had to go back & forth between us and the owners for one reason and the other and has been very easy to deal with.

We rent through Mainlander Property Management and work with Susan Utne. Over the last year and a half we haven't had any problems with them, they are always very helpful to us as renters. Good luck!
