update on condo.....
no it hasn't sold...... BUT
My best friend is a home stager - she is "rehauling/restaging" it for me for free. She has met w/my realtor (they are now buds apparently and will give each other business!!! So guess that's how I helped) and they agreed on all her ideas. She has already sold my old appliances today, has found new white ones which will be installed b/f we come to help her w/everything the first wknd in March. Then my realtor will take new pics and it will look totally different. We're hoping this gets it sold. My best friend has sold like 13 houses in weeks b/c of her staging..........
here's hoping/praying for the best!!!!
(why the heck didn't we think of this a year ago?!!?!? duh)
