Alabama Nesties
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Birdies for Charity

The Southeastern Rett Syndrome Alliance is proud to announce that we are again participating in the Regions Birdies for Charity!  This is a super easy fundraiser and we receive 100% of the money that we raise for SRSA!  All you do is talk with your friends, co-workers, family, etc. and get them to simply make a two cent pledge or more, per birdie.

A "birdie" is a score of one stroke better than "par" for any golf hole on the golf course.  "Par" is the normal expected score of a golf professional on any given hole.

Your donors can choose to just make a flat amount donation instead of pledging the birdies.  I have flyer's/pledge forms, available now, if you are interested in participating in this charity just let me know and I will mail you the flyer's asap.  For those who pledge or donate, there is also a chance to win a fabulous trip to St. Augustine, Florida!

You can also learn more about this fundraiser at their website:

SRSA's charity # is 72 if you are interested in pledging or donating online.

This is a very simple fundraiser and anyone can participate.  I encourage all of you to try it and see just how easy it is.  Also, remember that SRSA tries so hard to keep our annual conference extremely affordable for families and the fundraisers that we participate in are a huge part of being able to help offset the costs of the conference.

Please contact me if you are interested in helping.  Thank you so much!
