Having Surgery Thursday
What a wild and crazy day. I just got home from doing all of my pre-op work. I haven't been feeling well since December (I have a large cyst in my abdomen), and we've been working towards surgery. We were just waiting for the insurance approval and thought it would be sometime at the end of next week. However, after a series of phone calls this afternoon and going to the Dr's, the hospital, the lab, and back to the hospital I'm going under 7:30am on Thursday.
If you think of it, please pray that it will be laproscopic (2 weeks recovery) and that they won't have to do a laparotomy (2 months recovery). We won't know until they are in there. Thanks a million!
P.S. Looks like I'll be having some downtime to Nest over the next few weeks. :-)

I hope it goes well and it's the laproscopic kind. That must be mighty uncomfortable.

wow...2 weeks vs 2 months recovery!! Praying that it will be a laproscopic surgery and that you recover quickly.
