I just wanted to let you guys know that the adventure bootcamp is having a bring a friend day tomorrow and I was wondering if any of you would be interested in going.

It's a great workout and I'm hopefully going to be going to the next session that's only a 2 week thing but i'm really looking forward to it

Yeah, Heather does the morning class and Melissa does the one at night (she's awesome). Tomorrow is free so you can see what it's like and Monday is the start of the next session (it's the first mini one) and is only 2 weeks long for $149.

I think I know Melissa, she sat behind me at a football game this past season and we talked about this. She is a firecracker, so cute.
