Do you have recipes for your crock pot baby food? Do you freeze that too? What do you freeze it in?
Thanks!

Re: efooey
OMG, SOOOO sorry this took me so long to get too, craziness here, dh's gpa died, illness after illness for me and the little one, pathetic excuses!
I have use some recipes from www.wholesomebabyfood.com and then I just started making combinations that I though sounded good. For a dinner I would think - 1 protein, 1 carb, 1-3 veggie, 1 dairy ie. turkey breast with green beans, whole wheat pasta and parmesean. At the beginning I would throw in one spice at a time too, sage with the turkey dinner. I also do a "clean out the pantry" veggie stew where I just throw everything in zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, onion, celery, really, anything. Pop it in the crockpot for a few hrs, add water or rice cereal if it's too thick/too thin and you're good to go!
I freeze mine in mason jars, the pints work best for me, usually 2-3 days worth of meals in one jar. I get them at pick-n-save, they work great.
HTH!
