Hey Lady's I'm looking into new car insurance companies and I'm wondering who had what company and if your price is good.
TIA
Re: Car Insurance?
Yeah, I've been with State Farm since I was 16 as well.
DH just turned 25 yesterday! Of course, the fact that his insurance will go down a bit thrills me... I am considering looking around for a better deal though... I have an '07 Eclipse, so I am not expecting super low rates either... but what Allstate quoted was nice, so it got me thinking... It's tough though, cause I've been with Geico since I was 17...
I'm another State Farm client, and haven't had any problem with them. We have house and car insured through them. We get a multi-line discount for doing so (even though they will not be insuring homes in FL soon).
FYI - you get the same discount for being married and for being 25... you can't double dip. And if you didn't know, you get a discount for being married! LOL

Oh, thanks for the heads-up! I didn't know you couldn't double dip. Our agent told us we'd get it, though. Hmm...
Ya, no double-dipping. Sorry girls
I just got a quote from geico for $163 a month. Holy cow. that is so much cheaper than 21st. like over $100 a month. but the reason we switched is because 21st stop doing monthly payments to the State of Florida. They want you to pay up front 6 or 12mos and thats the only choice you get. But I did just turn 25 and I don't think 21st has us as married. so. GREAT! I'm so excited. lol I'll check out state farm and see what they say.
Thanks girls
Yea, the discounts are pretty good. Basically, you get a discount for have more than one "line" of insurance. Also, if you have more than one car on your policy there's another discount for that. Once you've developed a good record with State Farm you'll also get a Good Driver Discount.
My parents have been w/ them for over 20 yrs! It is crazy they are just packiing up and leaving. I get letters from them telling me that my car policy won't be broken. That is the policy I car least about (easy to insure)... who is going to insure my home? No offense to anyone, but I really don't want Citizens insurance. I was so happy that State Farm was able to write our policy... and now, bye bye. GGGRRR
