Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

**"A Healthy You" Gals**

Just wanted to share a helpful site I stumbled on:

www.mapmyrun.com

You can sign up and keep track of the distances you walk, jog, run, bike, etc.  You can even set goals for yourself and it tracks your progress for you.  I started with the "Run 50 miles in 30 days" challenge, in preparation of participating in a 5k Run this summer.  And there are also weight loss goal challenges as well.
