We are building a house!

This all came about in just 2 weeks!  We turned down the townhouse, then took a second look at Claire Downs...and after changing one of the plans we signed a contract and they are supposed to be starting today!  Closing is set for June 30th, so we are going to have a busy couple of months with a new house and new baby, but in the end it will all be worth it

Congrats!!  That is really exciting.  I still haven't driven through there, but saw some of the houses earlier on the internet and they are so adorable.  I will just say one thing.  I don't know about their flooring selections, but I will tell you that even in 700k houses they use total crap for the carpet.  So if you are going to upgrade anything, please let it be the carpet!

You turn off of Shelton Mill onto Tullahoma, then there is a brand new road connected to Letohatchee Rd (on the left).

Vanessa--The houses come standard with hardwood, ceramic tile, and granite countertops! Well except for the smallest floorplan, it has carpet in the LR, hardwood is an upgrade for that plan.  If you have seen any of the Lundy Chase houses, the carpet is the same frieze that's in those.  Hardwood in the LR and good carpet are 2 of my "must-haves", after living in our apartment with the cheap carpet and flooring!
