Would it be possible to reset your current stone into a new setting similar to the pic? Or are we talking apples and oranges (i.e. round v. princess cut center stone)?

Is the center stone in a bezel setting? I can't tell, but it's very pretty.

Have you looked at Stuart Moore? My BFF recently got engaged and her Ering is pretty phenomenal as far as settings go.

If you're just going from your old setting to the one you referenced without upgrading size/shape it should be pretty easy and straight forward. You may want to browse the pricescope.com forums, there's a lot of excellent information out there. I know http://www.jamesallen.com has similiar settings or you can go the custom route as it's a popular setting. I had a few places quote out a custom setting similiar to this:

and was really surprised the range & pricing with a few modifications from the original design.
