Hi ladies! i will be coming from Nebraska for 2 nights for my 30th birthday in May with my husband. What would be a great hotel for us to stay at? I am open to all price points. A jacuzzi suite would be great if you know of any but not required. Thanks!

Re: Romantic hotel recs
try the Chateau Avalon- it's really nice- big jacuzzi tubs, and extrememly nice hotel rooms, my husband and I have stayed there three times, here is the down side- there is no room service, so you have to go out and pick up dinner and eat out or bring it back, they provide breakfast but do not rely on this tasting great, it's microwaved. If you are looking for a great place to kick back and relax and are okay with providing your own treats, then stay there. It's located in the village west shopping area, if your familiar with that at all, it's within one mile of Cabela's and lots of little shops and restaraunts. :0)

Oh and I also forgot to mention that we staying in the Hemingway, Monte Cristo, and the Castaway Isle.
I suggest the Hemingway, your getting the over luxurious hotel room at a reasonable price. King size bed, huge jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and surround sound for music. Don't put to many bubbles in the jacuzzi though ;0) I know from experience.
I was also going to rec this hotel. I've never stayed there but hear it's nice.
You might also want to consider staying at a hotel on the Plaza. http://countryclubplaza.com/plaza1657.html?pgID=886 I love the plaza area and it's a great place to spend a weekend. Some of the best restaurants in the city are within walking distance (and lots of shopping too).
