Thanks to the two or three ladies that gave me their perspective on Utah when it looked like DH and I were going to be going out there for a long weekend. Turns out that is the weekend that most of the ski resorts close, so we're switching gears totally (mormonville to sin city... hah!) and heading out to Vegas instead.
Just wanted to let those that helped me know that their ideas were appreciated... and if any of you have been to Vegas, I'd love input on that. (as of right now, we'll be there for three nights staying at the Mirage.)
Re: No Utah, Vegas instead!
I was just in Vegas last week for a shoe show, so....?
If you like Asian food check out Social House at Treasure Island?
I heard Cirque Du Soleil's Love at the Mirage is awesome!
Cher is back at Ceasar's?
Everybody's raving about the club Lavo (at the Palazzo)
Del Frisco's for a great steak dinner
In & Out Burger....yum!
HTH and have fun!
I love Vegas! Definitely check out Love, I've heard only fantastic things about it. Also, we love the piano bar in NY,NY (The Bar at Times Square). The one at Harrah's is fun too. If you're staying on the south side of the strip and are wanting to go down to Fremont St., I would just get a bus pass. It is much cheaper and pretty quick.
