Her MRI went well this morning, a long, boring, noisy experience (Dan and I got to take turns sitting in the MRI room with her. She took an IV with only a little fussing (I was in the hall, listening and trying not to have a panic attack). ~sigh~
Results should be done and initially evaluated by the lab by Monday. Then the images are sent to the ENT/surgeon for her evaulation. We'll wait to hear from the ENT before we know what's next on our agenda.
Thank you all for your support, thoughts and prayers. Thanks for the emails, text & voice messages. It really means a lot to us to have you all! I don't know what I would do without you!
xoxo, Mia
Re: Update on Natalie & MRI
So glad it is done. ?Hope the ENT finds something easily remedied, not too invasive.

((hugs)) enjoy the weekend!
She's much braver than me!
It took FOREVER for them to do a mri on me last year. I kept having panic attacks and making them take me out of the machine.
My claustraphobia was just too much for me to handle. =(
The problem was that i opened my eyes when they first put me in. Having the ceiling almost touch my nose was just way too intense.
They are in the process of making better open MRI. but that day didn't come soon enough for me.
Glad she was a trooper!
