I saw in the Disney email today that we have to be at the race by 6:15a! Jeez! That's early! I hope they have a tent where we can stay warm. lol

I can't believe it's not a timed race!! I love the fact that you have a watch with a timer. If I was planning on running the whole thing, I'd stick by your side for the 5k. lol

Are you still planning on going to the Expo at 4:30? Maybe we can meet up! I think I might wait until the afternoon to go so I can drop my little guy off with my husband. I don't know how patient he would be waiting in lines. lol
I thought that you had to be a registered runner to get into the expo? Hmm...maybe I'll drag my husband so he can help me decide on a shirt size. lol
We should meet up on Saturday morning! Even if I can't keep up with you, it would be nice to have someone to pass the time with prior to the start of the race. Are you getting there at the recommended time of 6:15a?
It's quite possible that you need to be a registered runner to go to the expo but DH is a cast member so I know he can get in to Wide World of Sports anyways...if he can't go it, he can wait outside for me! LOL!
I would love to meet up on Saturday morning. I am going to leave my house at 5:45am....it takes about 20-25 minutes to get there but I want to have time to get parked...what about you?
That's cool that your DH works for Disney. I used to work there prior to having my son. What department is he in?
I think I'll have my DH drop me off close to 6:15a. DH and my son are going to hang out on that side of town until I cross the finish line. I wonder how far apart parking is from where we have to line up? I guess we'll get these answers at the expo, huh?
He works at the DRC...he likes it but right now he isn't thrilled because he is working for Disneyland Paris and has to be at work at 4am.
DH has drill over the weekend so I have a friend watching DS and she is probably going to bring him to the finish line I think.
I am sure they are going to give us TONS of information at the Expo! We def. need to meet up....I am excited to meet you and have a friendly face!

Oh that's funny he works at DRC! I worked there! I spent a few months on the phone, and then a couple years working on the Communications team.
I thought our sons were really close in age when I read in your siggy that he was turning 2, but it looks like mine was born just about a year after yours! (July 4th, 2007)
I'm looking forward to Saturday much more now that I'll know someone there to talk to. Otherwise it would be a very long 45 minutes

When I ran today, I meant to tell you, I ran 2 miles straight! I did it at a slower pace but I did it!
I was thinking about it but I have a chunky camera....but i might want to take pictures before or after....how about you?
So I am keeping DS home from school and bringing him to the doctor at 10:10. I am probably going to bring him to the expo after his appt depending on how he is (had a fever at daycare today)....His doc is in Celebration so it is close by.
It never dawned on me that I might want to take a camera until someone told me today that they were looking forward to seeing photos. But like you, my camera is too bulky to carry around. Maybe I can take pics on my cell phone. lol
