  • We lived here and liked it...probably 8 minutes from Costco.

I was just going to suggest MAC!  We lived in the Waterside Apartments and I'd highly recommend them.  Boulder Creek is the oldest and a little less maintained, Waterside is the middle of the road, and Blackhawk is the newest with the biggest price tag.  They are all less than 15 min away from Costco and I know a number of people who have lived in MAC apartments that have all had great things to say about them.  The only problem we (and a few friends) have had with them is that in very high water conditions the basement parking garage/storage floods up to an inch or two so make sure everything is up off the ground in your storage area.

    HTH!

  • We lived at LeSilve on Greenway Blvd in Middleton for a year before we bought our house.  It is about 5-10 minutes from Costco.  Great place to live. They had a pool and fitness center, plus it's close to stores, restaurants, etc.  There were a lot people in that age range living there.  They also let us out of lease early when we bought our house because they found someone for our apartment right away.
