As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

cutbacks!
Is anybody else experiencing this with their companies?
DH just got out of a meeting and found out they are cutting back. They are taking away both vacation and sick from them. I guess it is better than being laid off, but I know it sucks for DH.
Also, my friends DH was told they were to take a 10% decrease in pay.
I'm happy that these companies are looking at alternative option, but man it has to suck.
Re: cutbacks!
The company I work for just put a bunch of people on commission only. IF they don't sell, they don't get anything. We are going to continue paying their health insurance and the family portion that they would normally have had to pay for, but without a paycheck would not be able to.
It sucks big time.
