Avoid Rose & Womble Realty at all costs
We are renting a house managed by them right now and are having the worst experience dealing with them. We have no heat or hot water (and it's freaking snowing) and it's entirely the owners' fault. Rose & Womble has been unprofessional, unsympathetic, and on top it all, is saying we have to pay to correct this.
DO NOT rent from them, work with one of their realtors, or buy a house listed from one of their agents. They will screw you over.

I'm sorry that you're receiving that kind of treatment. We purchased our home through a Rose&Womble realtor and she was very pleasant and helpful.
