3. What is the color of your kitchen? Did you pick out the color or was it already this color? When we bought, it was bright lemon yellow (yuck) we painted it red, then when we remodeled, we painted it a goldish yellow color.
4. Do you have a garden? No... I have a black thumb!

6. Best part of your home? The view at sunset... I also love my newly remodeled kitchen too!

THE CABINETS WERE ORIGINALLY BUILDER GRADE OAK CABINETS WHICH I HATED. THE WALLS WERE WHITE, AND THEN I PAINTED THEM TAN, AND NOW THEY'RE BROWN.

3. What is the color of your kitchen? Did you pick out the color or was it already this color? We picked all the colors in our home. Our kitchen is a bit lighter than the color blue (see blog).
4. Do you have a garden? Nope... and right now we don't even have grass! Since the lack of rain down here, our grass has dried out, and won't grow. We've had to tell our gardner to stop coming around. We do have a ficus hedge along our property (front and back).
5. Decor style? (Modern, Contemporary, Eclectic) Honestly, we'd love a sophisticated caribbean (Tommy Bahama) feel, but we've been usuccessful. Oh well!

1. Do you rent or own? Which would you prefer? We own - Alex had the house before we got married. I have a condo with my mom that we rent out.

3. What is the color of your kitchen? Did you pick out the color or was it already this color? It's yellow - everything!!! We have a 70s kitchen that we are going to be remodeling...but due to the economy we might just give it a facelift for now.

you are not kidding about that.
1. Do you rent or own? Which would you prefer? We currently rent from my Grandfather, and for right now, that's what we prefer.

3. What is the color of your kitchen? Did you pick out the color or was it already this color? The cabinets are white with brushed aluminum hardware (which we replaced when we started fixing the place up).
4. Do you have a garden? Fixing up the non-existent landscaping is next on our "to-do" list.
5. Decor style? (Modern, Contemporary, Eclectic) I would say our stule is pretty contemporary, with some modern elements... we got our furniture from American Signature, and some accessories from IKEA
6. Best part of your home? Since we are renting from my Grandfather, we have done a lot of the upgrades to our taste... we did laminate floors throughout, and redid the bathroom a bit... We also have very low rent, and amenities such as an iron gate (so we can let the dog out without a problem). We even recently had a motor installed on the gate so we won't have to get off the car to open it...

1. Do you rent or own? Which would you prefer? Own. Always thought it was nice knowing it was ours with house values declining just a bit worried.

3. What is the color of your kitchen? Did you pick out the color or was it already this color? White cabinets with taupe walls. I love the color of the walls and accessories in stainless I wish we had new cabinets but with the economy =( we are waiting on everything

6. Best part of your home? I love our home the layout with the loft and the neighborhood. I'd say the bedroom is the most up to date or finished area though.
1. Do you rent or own? Which would you prefer? We own. We bought our townhouse right before we got married. Our goal is to rent this one out and purchase a home in a couple of years.
2. Condo or House? A townhouse...but its a pretty big one. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a garage.

6. Best part of your home? The fact that it is brand new. Our home was finished November of 2007 so I love that everything is brand new and constructed in a modern way.
