what shoes would you wear with this dress? PIP
Ok, so I'm planning ahead for SIL's wedding in June, and instead of buying a new dress, I dug this one out of my closet. It's been a few years since I've worn it (admittedly, it's been a few years since it last fit) and the last time I did wear it, I wore black shoes --but even then they felt all wrong.
The dress is a cherry red sheath (in person) with a darker red pattern. I think a champagne-colored shoe might be in order. Or something cork, or woven. Open toe or closed? Sandal or pump? And oh my, what kind of purse? (or bag, rather, I'll need to pack the baby's diapers!)
