Thanks so much for your reply to my question about renting in the Northland. I do have another question for you. Are all areas of Liberty nice, or should I avoid some areas? I haven't ruled out being in North Kansas City, but I think it would be harder to judge a neighborhood. I also saw a bit of Gladstone and liked what I saw.

We are going to be in town on Sat. so I am trying to be as organized and have as much information as I can. Thanks for any input. I am really starting to get excited!

I work in Liberty and am pretty familiar with most neighborhoods. I sent you a PM so check it out!

  • I would go with MM on Liberty - I'm sure she knows the area better than I do.

When I lived in downtown KCMO I did a lot of my shopping in Gladstone and really thought it was a neat area. I spent a lot of time at 69 and North Oak. There are lots of shops right around there and seems very nice (and a nice place to live).
