Hello LA ladies! I was googling the SN of a poster who's caused quite a commotion on The Bump over the past few days and came across a post about a GTG where someone mentioned her. Screenname is TeachKinder.
Can someone tell me if she has (or had) a daughter who would be about six years old now?
These posts should explain why it's important.

She's been posting on the blogs of some women who very recently have lost their children and it's been pretty upsetting.

I think she even went to one of the g2g's at the Cheesecake Factory in Irvine about 6 yrs ago.....
I dont recall all of the dirty details but I do recall something about her being a fraud and i think she pretty much screwed over her fi??

I would like to TRY and give her the benefit of the doubt because I'd hate to see a (legitimate) grieving mother get skewered in a place where it may be her only source of support, but I don't think this is true.
Yes I met Lindsay and her MOH at the gtg in Irvine a few years ago. I actually sat next to her MOH, who went by the sn "queenbee". I was also friendly with one of her "friends" that got caught up in the teachkinder drama, as so many did.
Teachkinder (Lindsay) was on the LA and OC nest when I was planning my wedding. Her Mom was said to be dying. She hired the best of the best vendors...I'm talking the top pick photogs, dj's, and videographers. Because of her dying Mother, she moved up her wedding date. All of these poor vendors obliged her requests, I mean, her Mom was dying. She also had her wedding on the beach at very upscale location. Again, another favor! Days before her wedding, she claimed her Mom couldn't be at the wedding because she was dying in a hospital. She also told many of us that they were setting up a camera so that her Mom could watch the live feed from her wedding. It was all over the top but at the time, no one thought she was capable of such lies.
On the day of the wedding, Lindsay told her vendors that because of the situation with her Mother she didn't have the checks to pay them. It just so happens that my florist from my wedding was also her florist. On the day of the wedding she handed him a check and he felt funny about it. When he went to cash the check he was told that the account didn't exisit. So, the next day he called her and she claimed she wasn't paying because she hated her flowers. He knew better because she claimed the day of her wedidng that she loved her flowers, so he took the cops to her hotel room to collect payment the day after the wedding. Thankfully, she received money at her wedding so she was able to pay him. I believe he was the ONLY vendor that was ever paid.
Years after all this went down, Lindsay's MOH came on the nest and shared alot of the backstory. It was said that Lindsay stole $$$ from her H, his family and countless others. They are no longer together and I guess their marriage was over in months.
As far as I know, she has NO children.
And like MDR stated, she created drama everywhere she went. Funny, she also created a scene when she was leaving the OC gtg. She was the one who collected the funds from all the ladies, and then decided that she didn't like the service we received so she didn't pay the tip.

it's weird, I totally forgot everything until I started typing and then it just all came back!
OK, I was randomly contacted via a totally different online community about this chick and I had to comment.
First and foremost, don't believe a single word this freak show has to say. Waaaaay back in the day when I was a regular knottie in 2003-2004 Lindsay (TeachKinder) and I were pretty good friends. We spoke online almost everyday and we hung out on several occasions. When she told me that her husband was taking money out of her accounts and just being a total a$$ I was there for her to support her and help get her through this hard time.
Come to find out she was the one taking the money from him. She stole her husband's SS# and bought a new car, lied, and cheated her way through EVERYTHING. She lied about everything. She told me she was a kindergarden teacher, she wasn't. She told me she was a sign language interpeter...she wasn't. She told me that her mother was dead...she was very much alive. She told me that her husband stole thousands of dollars from her and her family...he didn't. Everything she told me that her husband did to her she was actually doing to him.
The only sympathy you should feel for this girl is that she has some serious mental issues. Here's how I KNOW she does NOT have a 6 year old daughter. The last time I saw her was around 2004 which was 5 years ago. We both had multiple drinks together and she WAS NOT pregnant.
I can't believe she's still up to her old tricks. That girl is nothing but a poor excuse for a human.

I totally remember this girl and all of the shananigans that Littlestpea speaks of. Gosh, and to learn more from others is just shocking. Seems she has taken many for a wild ride. She obviously has some very serious mental problems and we should all hope and pray that she seeks some medical attention.
I'm so sorry for all of the women she has taken advantage of.

how stupid is she though, she actually used her IRL picture on her blog! Which makes me wonder...is that a relative plastered all over her blog,which she's claiming was her daughter?? If so, that's even more disgusting!
I remember her from the knot! Didn't she get into a huge fight with the sales girls at davids bridal and had to be escorted out by the police! She tried to make it sound like it was all DB's fault, but her and her MOH almost got into a physical fight with the staff!
So littlestpea, you can say for sure that that's the woman you met in 2004?

That is exactly what I was thinking, but obviously she has issues and WAY TOO MUCH TIME!
And, she's not smart enough to think all of this through and the possibilities of how she may get caught.
About a month ago someone sent me the link to a blog where the parents shared their loss about their daughter, Tuesday. It was heartbreaking to say the least. Odd, when I read some of Lindsay's blog it almost seemed like she wanted to emulate that mother's experience.
Wow, this is crazy... I was a lurker on the Knot around this time, but I don't remember any of this.
I am curious about the chair cover drama though.
