I'm a Counselor, DH is a computer programmer, in our free time we volunteer with our church youth group and hang out with our nephew.

- How long you have been married ~ Also 4 years this May
- What "area" of STL you live in (IL, St. Charles, South County, etc) ~ High Ridge in Jefferson County. We are not as far south as it sounds we are between Fenton and Imperial
- How many children, if any (and ages) ~ 1 DD and fellow nestie Mama-Bear (a.k.a. Lauren) and she will be 25 next month and I also have a step-DD, Mandy who will be 21 this year.
- How many pets, if any ~ two puppies who we treat like babies since our DD's are all grown up.

I moved back to STL when DD was 6 weeks old. Before that, I was out of the area for about 10 years. So if you're trying to give me directions to get some place it might be easier to act like I'm not from here.

Hi Ladies! I am a Destination Wedding Knottie who lives in St. Louis. I'm a bit older than the other brides and having a 'planned elopment' with a simple party at home with family...so am getting a kinda bored with the knot. Big time over all the wedding hoopla and ready to just get married! Thought I'd pop over to the STL nest world to join in the fun.
- How long you have been married? We have been together for 3 1/2 years and will be getting married in about 7 months.
- What "area" of STL you live in (IL, St. Charles, South County, etc) ? We live in St. Charles but looking in other areas to buy a house soon.
- How many children, if any (and ages)? No children yet, but hope to in the next year or so. I can't wait!
- How many pets, if any? A silly, sweet rescue cat named Sadie.
- What you guys do when you're not Nesting (career, SAHM, etc)? I work in marketing research and FI is a computer programmer. We are both big into working out, checking out new restaurants, live music and shows, quality time with family and friends. FI loves old school collectibles like Transformers and GI Joes (drives me crazy but he insists they are an investment!). I'm a big book worm and collect books (drives him crazy!).
- A fun fact about yourself! I love to "treasure hunt" at thrift stores. It's amazing what great stuff you can find!

Besides work? lol I work as an HR Manager, my husband is in school (he quit his job for us to relocate for my career and decided to go back to school while he had the opportunity to do so). We now live in a small town, so we've learned to do little things together - play games, cook, etc.?

I once broke my finger with a newspaper. My friend and I were joking around smacking each other with rolled up papers, and I got hit on the hand. It broke my left ring finger in 2 places.

I have been skydiving and it was GREAT!
Hi! I am brand new to the nest, although I've been married for almost a year now. well ten months I guess. We live just south of The Hill. No children or pets. I am a nurse and work fulltime. I am also trying to finish my Bachelors in Nursing so I'm working on that full time too. It seems like that takes most of my time, my poor husband does most of the cleaning... We also love watching 30 Rock, the office, and the big bang theory mostly.
I love art and craft type stuff, but I'm terrible at finishing things. I have whole boxes of half done or barely started ideas shoved under our bed, but their fun and I must say the stuff that gets finished looks pretty decent!
I'm looking foward to all the chats and married life stuff!!
