Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Is there a place

online where I can upload .doc and .xls documents to later download them?

I have a few files at home that I use for planning my workouts and menus and it drives me nuts to have to email them back and forth.  I tried uploading them to the Gmail documents and I hate how it formats them (some of them are tables w/text boxes and suddenly my rows are HUGE and my text boxes are all over the place and have been formatted as inline text.)

Re: Is there a place

  • The only thing I know of is gmail, I think they suck too!
  • I set up emails to myself on gmail, attache the files and then save them as a draft (don't actually send them) then when I get home / work I just log in and open the draft and save the file to my computer. I have huge ACAD files I do this with and so far this is the best method I've come up with.
