Anyone else in the Palmetto nightmare this morning?
It was awful! I got on the Palmetto at 8:10am on Kendall. I saw it was a parking lot, and got off at Sunset (1 mile) and it took me 30 minutes! So I took 87th Ave North and from Sunset to NW 25th Street, I took another 1.5 hours! yes... it took me 2 hours to drive 7 miles!
I hate the Palmetto.

Poor thing! I'm sorry to hear about that! I used to take the Palmetto from Miller to 8th street every morning, but if I ever happen to see that the traffic moving slowly from a distance on the overpass, I wouldn't get on. I know sometimes you just have to bit the bullet and get on anyway!

I'm a little late to this post but was ususally takes me 15-20 minutes top to get to work took one hour. I heard about the accident on the Palmetto and decided to take 87th and right before I hit 8th street there was major traffic..It wasn't until I passed Flager that there was a minor fender bender and people were being rubber neckers!! I hate when people slow down to look at an accident!!!
I didn't encounter the accident off of 8th street, but did see the one after Flagler... I do detest the the people who stop to view!
