Good Chiropractor between Brentwood and Spring Hill?
I just need loosened up a little from sitting at a desk all day and then waiting tables. I don't want to go in and have someone tell me that I need to come in twice a week for the next year or anything like that. Any recs? Thanks!

I'm totally stiffening up and my back feels like it needs to be cracked constantly, from the neck down to the butt. I think if I wewre to get back into alignment then I could really get cracking on working out and getting my muscles to properly support my skeletal structure on their own.
Thanks! I'll give those two a ring, see if my insurance works with them! I've thought about seeing Rich at Balance Bodyworks too, but I'm still working on the "getting naked for the groomsman" issue. LOL!
I love Dr's Steve and Jenny Kim at Axis Chiropractic in Cool Springs (off Baker's Bridge/Corothers)
I saw Dr. Crist at first and I couldn't stand him. He was a total "crack everyone the same" kind of chiro and I hate that. Dr. Jenny uses the pulstar fraz (sp) system along with other things to really do things gently and doesn't just "crack" all the time. She's very into natural work, etc and is REALLY smart about it all. I am long overdo for going and can't wait to get in there.
