apartment hunting in oak creek or franklin area?

hello ladies-

I am a detroit nestie in WI right now. My husband is working on that big power plant they are building in oak creek.  It might be a long job so we might need to move out here for the time being.  We were going to keep our house in MI but rent and apt in WI.  I just looked at an apt in franklin and loved it but it was a little pricey. I need a place that can do month to month leasing since we dont know how long this job will be and also a place that takes pets.  Any ideas?

Re: apartment hunting in oak creek or franklin area?

  • Manchester Oaks in Franklin, we lived there on a month to month lease while we were in-between houses. They have a pet-friendly section. They weren't bad to live in. Washer and dryer in unit and you can get a 1 or 2 bedroom.

Here's the website for the apartments:

I know they do month to month, but I'm not sure about any other ones in the area. My guess is just to go to rent.com; forrent.com and search for apartments in the franklin/oak creek area and start calling around. That's what we had to do.

HTH! If you have any more questions, feel free to email me: katiempallen@gmail.com, I'll be happy to help!
