Rock Chalk Jayhawk...KU!!!

Woooooohoooooooo!!!!!!!! What a game tonight, huh? Now we need to get ready to take on Memphis. It's going to be a good match up. I'm so glad we pulled away again in the second half. (c: Rachel

  • what a freakin' nailbiter!!!  i'm so glad we won, though.  we were in lawrence last night (my hometown, rock chalk!) for my sister's birthday.  DH and i managed to get downtown for a few minutes just for the fun of it but we weren't near drunk enough to join in on all the revalry (sp?) going on so we went home.  i'm so excited for monday night!  should be a great game!!!

  • We were down in the Power & Light district and it was really fun, with all the people watching on the big screen. We were eating at Vinino's and could hear when the game started because of the roar that started up in the courtyard.

  • It was a great game!! But I couldn't believe it when the one announcer said the game was over and there was still 7 or 8 minutes left in the first half!!  Hope Monday's game is just as good.
  • That game was fun! I am looking forward to tomorrow's game too.

Lawrence was CRAZY! We live fairly far away from downtown, but we could still hear people running around and yelling even in our neighborhood. We had a confetti egg thrown at our house too - I'm just glad it wasn't a real egg!!
  • Freakin awesome!! I was at a bar in Columbia and needless to say most everyone was rooting for UNC.....
