Yay! As of last night, we're officially under contract for a townhouse. We still have a lot ahead of us, but it feels so good to be moving in this direction.
Now we get to start thinking about decorating...

We aren't moving far. The townhouse is in Margate, off of Sample and Rock Island. Still really close to Junior's job. It probably isn't quite as quick a drive to your place, but still not too bad. We wouldn't have gone far!
