Prop 8 Hearing
I'm watching in live. I'm on the verge of tears. This is sooo freakin' important and I feel so helpless right now.

I'm hoping for the best...and trying to prepare for the worst.
I am hopeful for those who married before Nov. 5, though. I did some research on retroactivity for a brief last week and I don't see how the court could uphold the application of Prop 8 to previously married couples.
