Hey ladies!!
We're finally in San Diego. Lakeside to be exact, and I was shocked that our little town is so freaking small. We only have a Walmart, and a Target in Santee.. wow.
But, flying in, it was gorgeous. We stayed in Cornado the first 2 nights and loved it..
So,I wanted to say hello and that I'm finally in San Diego!!

Gavin is adjusting well to his room. It only has his crib in there now, and we had to buy him that.. the rest of our stuff is still being sent here from FL. He's not doing too bad, he's just teething now, so last night wasn't fun at all!!
Flying in was gorgeous, I have to say that.
We're RIGHT off Hwy. 67, so we're pretty close to Santee, where the little "town center" is only takes us about 10 minutes to get there.
We haven't ventrued out into San Diego just yet, we did go return the rental car yesterday so that was interesting. I just know i'll get lost. Thank god for my GPS system, but, it's not good when it tells me my signal is weak, I freak out a little on that one.
N leaves for 6 months this week, so that'll be very hard, I'll be here by myself.. should be interesting.
glad to hear he's liking his room so far. teething is never fun! poor guy. hopefully it'll break through soon.
lucky girl to have a gps. i'm always on google map for directions. i've only got lost once. i knew i was in clairmont, just didn't know where in clairmont! i'm proud to say that i was only lost for about 5 minutes! i figured it out quick w/ the SD map we keep in the car.
that sucks he has to go right when you guys get here. i hope the 6 mths fly by super quick! page me if you ever need someone to talk to.
He leaves tomorrow.. it's so sad.
So, it's me and Gavin for the next who knows how long..
Thankfully, I've got him enrolled in Gymboree, and a school out here so i'm just hoping the time flies by and I can pick him up.. it's going to be really hard tomorrow. I've tried so hard not to cry.. it's just hard when you have no family out here except 1 cousin..
