Re: Help me in my research...please:)

  • Birmingham - 70 overnight and while we're at work

72/73 while we're home before bed

  • We live in North Alabama (Athens). We set ours to 68. If we got cold we would turn it to 70 but that was very few times.

  • We usually kept ours around 70.  I'm in the Birmingham area.
    Siggy coming soon....
  • Middle Alabama, 68 at bedtime or when we are gone. 70-72 when we are at home. This is most of the time...sometimes I hit it up to 74 when Bob isn't looking. :)
  • I try to keep it on 72ish. My mom insists on setting it to 80. Ugh.
    We're in Madison (north al).

  • Lots of times we don't have it on at all. I'd turn it on for a few minutes in the morning or at night if I got too cold. When we did turn it on we set it around 68-70. We live just south of Birmingham.

  • We usually ept it between 68 and 70. If I got cold (DH is never cold) then we would turn a space heater on. We kept two space heaters: one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

  • Bham area...usually at or just below 70.  I'd turn it up when DH wasn't around b/c I'm always cold.

  • We live in Madison and its set on 68 at night 64 in the early morning and 60 throughout the day.
  • My husband is really hot natured and he likes to freeze us. He usually bumps it down to 64 while we're at work, 70 max when we're here, and 64 at night when we're sleeping. And he sleeps with the fan on too, lord, lol. Yes, I wear layers.
  • 70 when we're home.

    66 at night.

    I live in Tuscaloosa

  • 72-ish... but that's only because we had an infant in the house... otherwise it would have been around 68.  Oh, and we're in Huntsville (well, Harvest)

  • We left ours on 71.  Our house is 70 years old with pretty much no insulation so you couldn't even tell it was on most of the time.  I live in Auburn
  • We usually set it to 71/72 when we are home and 67 or 68 when we aren't home and/or at night when we are asleep.
