Opening day at the K

Please someone tell me they plan on going to opening day so I can live vicariously (can't spell) through you.  Went last year and had a blast.  Go Royals!

Not going today but we are going this weekend.....heard they are giving our jerseys. Of course that's not why we're going and I dont even think I want the jersey.

We're also going to the Saturday game with a big group and tailgating ahead of time. Hoping for good weather! DH is so excited about the jerseys!

They will probably sell easily on eBay if you get one and don't want it. DH found a bunch of Royals t-shirt and bobblehead (boo!) giveaways being sold there last year after the games.

And yay to the Royals for beating the Yankees today! They are starting off the season strong.

Well, there'll be no beer for me but I'll be sure to tell everyone else to have one for you. I might take you up on the offer to unload the jersey. I just cant see myself wearing one, not because i'm anti-royals but I'm just not a huge baseball fan.

I wish I had been there! I heart the Royals and baseball-even if we're not very good ) But what a way to start the season...Maybe I will get some tickets to put in DH's graduation present.
