We are wanting to get some insight from another realtor regarding an estimation on what our house would sell for and what our area is doing market wise and how long we should expect our house to be on the market if we sold it rather than do a dealer trade. This would also give us an idea if the dealer trade offer is acceptable or not.
Is this something that you could help us with? Do you know our (KCMO north) area at all? I know you are in Olathe but thought I would throw it out there to you just in case!!
