Hi girls, thanks for responding to this! To give a bit more info - we're looking for someone who can provide graphic design services to us for print pieces we do like enrollment forms, posters, direct mail, etc as well as capabilities to do web/html work for our e-marketing efforts.

So are you saying that you are wanting to hire someone for a position, not outsource the work to a freelance designer?
We want to hire someone freelance - however, it will be multiple ongoing jobs, so we would like to speak with each candidate to see who would be able to best produce work to the level that we're looking for.
