I just finished reading the blog of a woman who picked up everything with her husband and two little boys and moved to Paris.
I thought it was such a wonderful idea. Why not right? She still sees her family regularly, maybe not as often, but not too bad.
DH and I are always talking about doing something like that, especially since it's just the two of us right now.
Here's the poll:
If you could move anywhere with DH, where would it be?

LOL I really have liked living in Florida, so no dream ruiner here!
On our honeymoon DH and I stopped at Santorini, Greece. Out of all our cruise stops this was the one that really surprised us the most. It was so peaceful and so beautiful there.
We don't speak the language and there is probably nothing to do there but grow wine but I would have to say Santorini. We would grow our own wine and be drunk all day and live peacefully lmao. ::sigh::
While we were on our honeymoon in Tahiti, DH and I joked about which island we'd move to if we could. Definitely Moorea - and we decided I could work at one of the hotels and he would be a cop (since he is one already).
Seriously though, we have talked about possibly moving to Colorado (Breckenridge) when he retires from the police force in about 14 years or so. Not sure if that will happen though. It's funny cause before I met DH I never thought I'd move from Dade county, much less Florida. Now it doesn't matter where we are as long as we're together
If cost were not an issue, I would love to live near San Francisco. Cost of living is way too high though and our family is all here on the east coast, so that wouldn't be good.
We do love the Virginia/DC area though and would love to live there someday. I am not thinking any time soon though since we have our baby now and my parents are such a huge help. I honestly don't know what we would do without them here with us!
