Where to eat before the Majestic?
We're going to see Phantom this Fri night and I have got to make reservations, like tonight!!!! I'd like to go somewhere downtown where we can just park once, eat & see the show. Any suggestions? We're taking another couple (they provided the tickets) so while I want it to be good food, I don't want it to be $$$$ (like, not looking for Morton's here.)
Thanks for the recs!

Re: Where to eat before the Majestic?
Ditto Bohnanan's - its a fantastic steak place, but last time we were there we spent $200 with a nice bottle of wine.
We have tickets to Phantom for next week with valet parking so we want to eat close by, and are going to check out Ctirus.
Yep. If you aren't looking for an "upscale" dinning experience I would recommend Houston St. Bistro and Acenar. While HSB gets really crowded I have heard they do a good job of getting everyone out in time for the show as long as when you make your reservation you specify that you will be attending the performance (so they know in advance)......have fun!
I made reservations at Azuca.... it's not within walking distance, but it's close (near Rosario's.) The price is right and I know it will be good food. I'm excited!
Thanks for the suggestions. I'll be interested to hear how Citrus is
